A man from a rural locality in the district of Hermopolis acknowledges a debt over 30 measures of wine addressed to the female representative of the monastery/place of *Kollouthos.

Discussion

Whether this monastery dedicated to Kollouthos was located near Hermopolis or across the Nile at Antinoopolis, possibly near the famous healing shrine of the saint remains unknown.
