This account (part of the Apion Archive) lists receipts from estates in wheat and money. One such payment, though not yet received, was due from a presbyter and oikonomos of an institution dedicated to Apa Titos, line 19:
Παμοῦν πρεσβ(ύτερος) καὶ οἰκονόμος τοῦ ἁγίου ἄπα Τίττου σίτ(ου) (ἀρτάβαι) κδ
'Pamoun, the presbyter and oikonomos of saint Apa Titos: 24 artabas of wheat.'

The papyrus document, P.Cairo 10132, from Oxyrhynchos, is now in the Egyptian Museum in Cairo.Discussion
Some of the villages mentioned in this document are located in the Heracleopolite, to the north of Oxyrhynchos, including the one to which the institution (church, shrine, or monastery) of Apa Titos belonged.The identity of this Titos is not certain - he may have been the disciple of Paul, though this Titos was not a figure who attracted widespread cult.
