In this document two half-sisters agree over the terms on how to share a house they jointly inherited from their common grandmother. The property in question is located in Jeme, in the area of saint Ananias.

Lines 65–68 read as follows:

ⲡⲏⲓ ⲧⲏⲣϥ ⲙⲛ ⲡⲁⲛϩ ⲉⲧⲙⲙⲁⲁⲩ ⲉⲩⲕⲏ ⲉϩⲣⲁⲓ ϩⲙ ⲡⲓⲕⲁⲥⲧⲣⲟⲛ ⲛϫⲏⲙⲉ ϩⲓ ⲧⲣⲏⲩⲉ ⲙⲡⲉⲧⲣⲟⲩⲟⲉⲓⲛ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲛ ⲛⲉⲧⲟⲩⲁⲁⲃ ⲡϩⲁⲅⲓⲟⲥ ⲁⲡⲁ <ⲁ>ⲛⲁⲛⲓⲁⲥ ⲡⲉⲡⲓⲥⲕ(ⲟⲡⲟⲥ)

'The entire house and that yard are located in the castron Jeme, in the neighbourhood of the one who shines forth from among the saints, the saint Apa Ananias, the bishop.'
