Paham is the son of Epiphanios, a priest of the church dedicated to Kollouthos at Psenantonios, in the district of the city Kebt. He became a monk on the mountain of Jeme, when his children were grown, but now feels the need to settle his worldly affairs. Writing the will himself, he bequeaths his property to his only surviving son Jacob. Among his property is a house located east of the church of Kollouthos, with one of its walls bordering on the road named after Apa Kollouthos.

Lines 73–74 read as follows:

ϩⲁ ⲡⲏⲓ ⲉⲧⲙⲙⲁⲩ ⲉⲧⲕⲏ ⲉϩⲣⲁⲓ ⲙⲡⲉⲙⲛⲧ ⲙⲡϩⲁⲅⲓⲟⲥ ⲕⲟⲗⲗⲟⲩⲑⲟⲥ ⲧⲉϥⲟⲩⲉⲓ ⲛϫⲟⲉ ϩⲙ ⲡϩⲓⲣ ⲛⲛⲁⲡⲁ ⲕⲟⲗⲗⲟⲩⲑⲟⲥ

‘… concerning that house which is located to the west of saint Kollouthos. Its one wall is on the road of Apa Kollouthos, …’

Lines 137–139 of the document read as follows:

+ ⲁⲛⲟⲕ ⲡⲁϩⲁⲙ ⲡⲓⲉⲗⲁⲭ(ⲓⲥⲧⲟⲥ) ⲙⲙⲟⲛⲟⲭⲟⲥ ⲡϣⲏⲣⲉ ⲛⲛⲉⲡⲓⲫⲁⲛⲓⲟⲥ ⲡⲣⲉⲥⲃ(ⲩⲧⲉⲣⲟⲥ) ⲙⲡϩⲁⲅⲓⲟⲥ ⲕⲟⲗⲗⲟⲩⲑⲟⲥ ⲛⲯⲉⲛⲁⲛⲧⲱⲛⲓⲟⲥ
ⲁⲛⲟⲕ ⲡϩⲁⲙ ⲁⲓⲥϩⲁⲓ ⲧⲉⲇⲓⲁⲑⲏⲕⲏ ϩⲛ ⲧⲁϭⲓϫ ⲙⲙⲓⲛ ⲙⲙⲟⲓ

‘I, Paham, the least monk, the son of Epiphanios, the presbyter of saint Kollouthos at Psenantonios, I, Paham, I have written this will with my own hand.’
