Greek land lease from from Arsinoe (Fayum), concerning land in the village Boubastos (Fayum) belonging to the church of *Kollouthos (presumably the physician and martyr of Antinoopolis (Middle Egypt), S00641), dated 14 October 632.

In lines 5–9 the church of Kollouthos is addressed as the lessor of the property:

τῇ ἁγίᾳ ἐκκλησίᾳ τῆς Ἀρσινοιτῶν πόλεως καλουμέ(νης)
τοῦ ἁγί
ου Κολλούθου διὰ σοῦ τοῦ ταύτης οἰκονόμου
Φοιβάμμωνος τοῦ περιβλέπτου Αὐρήλιος Εὐλόγιος
υἱὸς Ἀπολλῶ ὁρμώμενος ἀπὸ κώμης Βουβάστου
τοῦ Ἀρσινοίτου νομοῦ χ(αίρειν).


'To the holy church of the city of the Arsinoites which is called (the church) of Saint Kollouthos, represented through you, Phoibammon, vir spectabilis, the oikonomos of this church, Aurelios Eulogios, son of Apollos, originating from the village Boubastos of the Arsinoite nome, greetings.'

The verso of the document summarises the content of the contract as follows:

† μίσθ(ωσις) (ἀρουρῶν) ε πλ(έον) ἔλαττ(ον) ἐν πεδίῳ κώμ(ης) Βουβάστου γενομέ(νη) ὑπὸ Αὐρ(ηλίου) Εὐλογίου υ̣ἱ̣ο̣ῦ̣ Ἀ̣π̣ο̣λ̣λ̣ῶ̣ εἰς τὴν [ἁγ]ί[αν] ἐκκλ(ησίαν) τοῦ ἁγίου Κολλούθου.

'Land lease of 5 aruras more or less in the plain of the village of Boubastos, made by Aurelios Eulogios, son of Apollos for the holy church of Saint Kollouthos.'
