In lines 30–31 of this document from Memnoneia (Jeme), a subdeacon of an instituion dedicated to saint Psate is mentioned as a witness:

Παλος σακίου ποδιάκ(ονος) τῶ ἁγίου πα Ψάτε μαρ-
τυρ τ γραμματίῳ ἀκούσας παρ τς θεμένης.

'I, Paul, son of Isaac, subdeacon of St Apa Psate, witness the agreement at the request of the maker.'
