In this document a man named Daminaos, son of Kosma, seemingly a private individual, is selling an entire house to Aaron, son of Shenoute (see the same man who buys parts of two houses at E02458). Both men are inhabitants of Jeme. The house in question is referred to as having been previously donated as an offering to the martyr saint Apa Victor by a man named Pahom, son of George, for the salvation of the donor's soul. The price paid for the house was four gold solidi.

Lines 30–38 read as follows:

'I am writing to you that from today and from now on until eternity, the entire house which is located in the street of the men of Pshoumare, this one which he, Pahom, son of Georgios, donated to the victorious, triumphant, crown bearing competitor, and illuminating martyr, saint Abba Biktor of the
castron Jeme, for the well being of his soul, so that he shall find mercy in the presence of God who surpasses everyone, that you shall own that house, …'
