Inscription

Source

Precise findspot and current location unknown. Recorded as a fragment broken on all sides, roughly 35 x 40 cm. There were traces of six lines of text, but only parts of three could be read. Irregular letters, 3 to 5 cm in height.

Discussion

The date on the inscription does not tally with any of the known feast days of Stephen, so probably refers to a deposition of relics. This would also fit Stephen's name being in the genitive.
