E00620Gregory of Tours, in his Glory of the Martyrs (72), tells how, when the body of *Quintinus (martyr of Saint-Quentin, S00379) was recovered from a river, a blind woman was cured, and how a priest successfully interceded with the saint on behalf of a condemned man who had stolen the priest's horse; all at Saint-Quentin (northern Gaul). Written in Latin in Tours (north-west Gaul), 580/594.
